Olá a todos! Tudo bem? This week was probably the craziest, but most fun one I have had in a while. The mission zone conferences have started, so as the office tech elders we go to all of them to take pictures, videos, and we also give a training at each one. This past week we had zone conferences in both Porto and Coimbra, which are both north of Lisbon. I got to drive all the way up to Porto which was fun, but it was a bit weird at first since that was my first time driving in over a year. It went well though, and we got up to Porto just fine. It was so cool to see all the stuff up there. There are lots of awesome things to see up there since the north is an older part of Portugal.  After the Porto zone conference, we went up to a little town on the border of Spain called Chaves. Olá a todos!  Hope you all are doing great. Everything here in the office is going great. This last week was pretty fun. I'm still learning a lot of things like how to run ads for the mission on Facebook and stuff, but we did get to film a lot of stuff. We had an MLC meeting, or mission leadership conference, that we were able to go to and take pictures for. It was cool cause we got a ton of food. That's always the best part. I also finished editing my first video since being here for all the new missionaries that just arrived in Portugal. It isn't perfect but it turned out pretty well. It has been super fun kinda relearning all the stuff I learned in the video tech course I took in high school.  We had p-day on Saturday, and we didn't do a ton of stuff in the morning other than cleaning, but later, we decided to go to the mall to mess around since it is practically next-door to us. Olá todos!! Hope you all had a great week. This last Friday was transfers, and with 4 whole transfers, or 6 months in Lapa, it was almost a 100% guarantee that I would be leaving. And if you couldn't guess from the spoiler in the title, I have been transfered to the mission office doing social media/technology! It's awesome because we basically make all the videos and content for the whole mission, and I love this stuff so it will be a great time here. We also get to travel all around Portugal, so I will have a chance to see the whole country.  Anyways, my last week in Lapa was awesome. We had one last district council, which was awesome. I made garlic knots for the district, and then we also went and ate burritos. Burritos are always one of the best parts of the week. We also had a few last meals with members, which were all awesome. Olá todos! This last week has been pretty crazy. We had all the events for this world youth day pilgrimage going on. And there were literally MILLIONS of people flooding the streets walking to one of the big events with the Pope on Saturday. Imagine every single person living in Idaho, but even a bit more walking together on one single street. So, because they were all walking past the temple, we had this thing we did as a district where we would give tours of the temple chapel to anyone who wanted one, or as a sort of like a rest point, since it was 104⁰ outside all day. There were a ton of people passing out and getting heatstroke. It was crazy. We got to meet lots of cool people from all over the world, which was awesome. It lasted all day, starting super early in the morning, until about 9 at night. Anyways, other than all that, we had a mission-wide deep summer cleaning too, which was fun.
